Seasonal Cabin Turnover Team (Weekend Focus)

Towering Pines Resort – Pequot Lakes, MN

We’re hiring dependable team members to help prepare our cabins for incoming guests during the summer season at Towering Pines Resort on the Whitefish Chain. This role is hands-on, fast-moving, and an important part of delivering a great guest experience.

If you like staying active, working with a team, and seeing the results of a job done right, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Refreshing cabins between guest stays
• Changing linens and making beds
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas
• Restocking essentials and checking details
• Working alongside a team to stay on schedule during turnover days

When You’ll Work

• Primarily Saturday and Sunday
• Availability required for Fourth of July week/weekend
• Additional hours on Fridays and Mondays may be available for the right person
• Opportunity for added shifts during peak season

Pay Range

• Starting at $18/hour
• Up to $25/hour for experienced team members
• Lead roles up to $27/hour
