Summer Resort Staff (Front Desk, Cabin Cleaning & Laundry)

Towering Pines Resort – Pequot Lakes, MN (Whitefish Chain)

Looking for a great summer job in a beautiful lakeside setting? Towering Pines Resort is hiring dependable, motivated team members to support our daily operations during the busy summer season.

This role offers a mix of responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to learn different parts of resort operations—from helping guests at the front desk to preparing cabins and assisting with linens.

Possible Shift Areas

Team members may be scheduled in one or more of the following areas based on interest, ability, and resort needs:

Front Desk Support

• Greet and assist guests during check-in/check-out
• Answer basic questions and support daily operations
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized office space
• Lead or Assist with Resort Guest Activities

Cabin Cleaning Team

• Prepare cabins between guest stays
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces
• Make beds and ensure cabins are guest-ready

Laundry & Linen Folding

• Fold bedding (sheets, bedspreads, blankets, rugs)
• Assist with sorting and organizing linens
• Support the overall laundry process

Schedule

• Consistent summer scheduling based on availability
• Weekend availability is important
• Must be available for July 4th week/weekend
• Additional hours may be available during peak times

Pay

• Starting at $18-20/hour
• Opportunities to grow into higher-paying roles with experience
