Mosquito Squad is looking for highly motivated, professional team members for outdoor mosquito and tick control work. This is a seasonal position that begins early May and ends late August. We understand that quite a bit of our staff will be in school, either high school or college and they will need to leave earlier in the season, we just ask for that date at the beginning of the season so we can be aware of your last day. Requirements for position: Physical labor; you must be capable of carrying a 55 lb. backpack blower, often through wooded and uneven terrain. A dedication to customer service; you will have daily interactions both over the phone and in person with customers, therefore you will need to be professional and comfortable having a conversation with those customers. Testing for and passing the Minnesota pesticide application license; you will be given a set of educational books to study for the preparation of the test. Mosquito Squad will pay for your testing to acquire this license. Valid driver’s license, good driving record and reliable transportation to and from the office.
