Help Visitors Make Memories in the Brainerd Lakes Area!
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying busy, and working in a positive retail environment.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
Maintain our tourism displays and answer any tourism questions
Stock merchandise and maintain organized inventory
Answer customer questions and recommend products
Help keep the store clean, organized, and inviting
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable standing and moving throughout shifts
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds at a time
Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Schedule

Approximately 14–18 hours per week
Flexible scheduling may be available
Every other weekend required
